Ingredients: Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnate), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Vervain (Verbena officinalis).

Dosage: Take half a ml (10 drops) straight or in a small amount of water 10 minutes prior to meals
