The art of Vinegar Making is a valuable skill. Vinegar can be made from fruit scraps, flowers, herbs and even vegetables and I, as well as many previous attendees, have found this invaluable for daily use - from adding to pet's water, dressings, cooking to hair care and cleaning.
In this workshop, you will learn the ease of starting your own vinegar, tips and tricks for successes and how to avoid failures.
You will be offered a large selection of fruit, vegetables and herbs to choose from to create your own flavours for 3 vinegar fermentations.
Fee $150 per person
Samples and instructions will be taken home with you to continue the process.
Morning Tea will be provided including a variety of herb teas.
